Staying Condition Questions

1. In case emergency, I not able to proceed my stay, can I cancel my reservation?
Answer:
Cancellation Policy:

  1. Unlimited Date Change is allowed if the reservation modification is requested more than 24 hours before the check-in date.
  2. Refunds are only applicable under the Unlimited Date Change category, allowing a 50% refund of the room rate (based on our Website Rate) + RM25 (processing fees).
  3. For ongoing stays, Unlimited Date Change and 50% refunds are not permitted.

2. Request Early Check-In
Answer:
1. Early check-in is available free of charge from 45 minutes before your scheduled time, subject to room availability.
2. Need to arrive even earlier? You can guarantee an early check-in before 1:00 PM for an additional fee:
    • Cube Room: RM 20
    • All Other Rooms: RM 30

3. Request for Late Check-Out
Answer:
We do not allow Late Check-Out as we will not have sufficient time to clean the unit for the next guest.
This is because our units unlike hotel concept all units the same design.
We don’t have backup unit for next check-in guest.


Facilities Questions

4a. Free Car Park provided (for CEO)?
Answer:
It's a public carpark, but will share to you the free parking spot with photos once confirm the booking. All communication via WhatsApp.

4b. Free Car Park provided (for Qbay)?
Answer:
Car Parking
• No dedicated hotel parking (public paid parking)
Special rate for HangoutspaceZ hotel guests:
      - Maximum RM7 per night with hotel stamp on your parking ticket
      - Stamp is available at the lobby shoe cabinet

How to exit:
• Drive to the Exit (small guard house on the right)
• Show your parking ticket + hotel stamp
• Officer will manually adjust the fee (please do not tap T&G)

Important Parking Note (Midnight Cut-Off)
The public parking system calculates charges by calendar day (12:00 AM – 11:59 PM), not by hotel check-in or check-out time.
If you enter before midnight and exit after midnight, it may be recorded as 2 parking days by the system.

To avoid extra charges, always collect the hotel stamp and present it at the guard house when exiting.
(This is a public parking policy, not set by the hotel. We will assist you to ensure you receive the hotel guest rate.)

Alternative option:
• Multiple-entry parking: RM10 per day
• Registration required once at the exit parking counter

Other notes:
• Double parking is allowed — please leave your contact number on the windshield
• Parking officers in green uniforms are available 24/7, including midnight

Normal Parking Rates (if hotel stamp is not used):
• Free for first 10 minutes
• First 30 minutes: RM0.60
• Second 30 minutes: RM1.40
• Third 30 minutes: RM2.20
• Each additional 30 minutes: RM0.80

Operating Hours: Open 24/7, including midnight

5. Do you provide Wifi?
Answer:
No Wifi as mentioned in platform.
But all Telcos signal are strong there.
No worry about movies as we have hundreds of different genre famous movies & collections in BluRay High Res Quality Preloaded in our external Harddisk.

6. Swimming Pool Facility?
Answer:
It's an office unit (it is illegal to provide homestay in residential apartment), so there is no swimming pool.
That is the reason our unit is 2 storey as well.

7. Can We Cook there?
Answer:
It's an office unit, so cooking is not allowed as it's dangerous. But you are allowed to boil cup noodles or order food delivery such as Food Panda, Grab Food or Delivery Eat.

8. Do you provide microwave?
Answer:
No because it's too dangerous for children when accidentally put wrong items inside (such as keys or steel item) So we don't provide that.

9. Do you have fridge?
Answer:
Got mentioned at platform.
We don't have Fridge, but we have a large ice box.

10. Do you have washing machine?
Answer:
We did not provide that. But if you need to wash your cloths there is a 24hour Auto-Laundry opposite building (1 minute walking distance).

11. May I know what are the hotel facilities you provide?
Answer:
All our units comes with;
- Dedicate Toilet with Water Heater Shower
- Towel Set with toiletries (Shampoo & Body Shampoo)
- Hair Dryer
- Iron and Iron Board
- Electric Kettle

12. I have a long stay, will there be daily housekeeping?
Answer:
The cleaner charges each time they clean a room, which increases the room cost. Therefore, there's no additional cleaning during your stay.
However, if you need to change towels or need more trash bags, please let me know here. We will arrange it for you during housekeeping. ?

Private Cinema Facilities Questions

13. Can I connect my Laptop to your projector.
Answer:
Our systems DO NOT ALLOW to connect external devices such as Laptop & etc.
Or change setting in the projector, TvBox or our Audio Systems.
This will mess up our systems or found faulty hardware on the above actions.

If we found out the settings or hardware faulty, we have the rights not to return back the Security Deposit as consider Break House Rules (Vandalism).

14. If I dislike watching the provided movies, what options I have?
Answer:
We allow;
- Chromecast your phone to our TvBox
- Set own Wifi hotspot from your phone (our TvBox preinstalled Youtube or Netflix App)
- Connect your pendrive to our TvBox

Security Deposit Related Questions

15. Why we need to pay security deposit?
Answer:
It is to ensure guests follow house rules. As we encounter problems from guests that do not follow house rules. It create a lot trouble for following check-in guest. Not to worry, as long you follow house rules deposit definitely refundable.

16. Took how long for me to get back my Security Deposit?
Answer:
We will advise you on the return of your security deposit after our cleaner done housekeeping.
Refund of deposit will be processed within 24 to 48 hours after your check-out time.
We can transfer via eWallet such as GrabPay, Touch n Go, or Bank Transfer.

17. What are the option available for us regarding your refund?

4 options method to return back your deposit.

18. Why Option1 & 2 need a small deduction?
If using Touch'n'Go & GrabPay e-Wallet, there is a service charge required from the app. Which is why we mentioned during request for security deposit or during room reservation.

HangoutMart Related Questions

19. I took HangoutMart items, can deduct from Security Deposit?
Answer:
Security Deposit purpose are to ensure follow House Rules, not for purchasing Mart items.
You can refer to Notice at wall beside Mart area for detail.
Items took from HangoutMart should pay BEFORE Check-out, else will consider Break House Rules of Missing Items.

Thus, your deposit will not be return back.

Others

20. What are the differences between all the rooms?
Answer:
All units have the same facilities of Private Cinema 85inches Screen Size (or larger) with Dolby ATMOS Surround Systems as well.
The only difference for all units are the Theme.
So all unit will have different experience when stay.

21. Why guest needs to pay for cleaning fee?
Answer:
Cleaning fees include;
- arrange back all the messy things last guest left
- sanitize the whole unit after the last guest touched
- clean & wash the bedsheets, towels & etc after the last guest used.
- it's the fees for cleaner salary & the solutions use to clean the whole unit

22. Can I book for 1 day or half day of use?
      Check in at 1st Jan morning 10.30am and check out on the same day 1st Jan around 10pm or maybe earlier, depending on the occasion.

Answer:
Since your event falls under odd hours, it would require a booking of 1.5 days to cover the entire usage time. Just a heads up, during those early hours, some guests might still be catching some Zzz before checkout.

I completely understand your concern. Here are a couple of options for you to consider:

  1. You might want to think about rescheduling your event to start from noon onwards. We have rooms available for check-in at 2 pm.
  2. Alternatively, you could opt for a 2-night booking, and I can offer you a special price. It might turn out to be more cost-effective reservation from our website here compared to other platforms.

23. Is there any customer support? Until what time?
Answer:
Customer Support Hours: Yes. Our dedicated online customer support team is available to assist you via phone and WhatsApp until 10:00 PM. For inquiries or assistance, please reach out to us during these hours. Please note that messages or calls received after 10:00 PM may not receive an immediate response, but we will get back to you at our earliest convenience the following day.
